Job Description

Lively is looking for a talented Program Manager to join our Customer Experience team and lead the development and delivery of our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program. The FSA is our newest product line, and was released in January. The Program Manager will build the operational and service delivery programs to ensure that customers derive value from this new product line.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement operational processes required to administer Flexible Spending Account (FSA) programs for employers.
  • Support Lively CSMs to onboard new Employers to Lively’s FSA.
  • Manage daily adjudication of participant FSA claims.
  • Define and implement operational processes for transfers from other FSA administrators, including mid-year takeovers and carryovers.
  • Understand all compliance requirements associated with the FSA, and translate into an internal and external user experience flow that optimizes efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Write feature requests and ticket detailed bug reports for the Lively FSA product based on customer and internal stakeholder feedback.
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales, legal, and product teams at Lively to define and implement operational processes for quoting, contracting, onboarding, and supporting FSA customers.

Skills & Experience

  • Willingness and flexibility to support high customer volume during our busy Open Enrollment season, roughly November through the end of January each year.
  • Comfortable working with a high level of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • A good sense of humor and a down-to-earth personality. We work hard, have fun, and treat people with respect.
